Chef Jeanine will be offering a monthly series of Glutenfree Adult/Teen cooking classes. Each month a different cuisine or meal focus will be featured.  All classes will be held at St John's Parish Hall Kitchen on Main Street in New Milford, CT

Intro to Gluten:  Is what you are eating making you or a family member sick?  Come and learn about Gluten and it's effects o your immune system.  Are you suffering with Celiac Disease , allergies or have a child with ADHD or Austism.  Chef Jeanine will discuss this and more.  Samples of Glutenfree treats will be available.
