My name is Jeanine Hengel and I am the owner and Chef of Heavenly Bites LLC.  Our company has evolved due to my own personal experiences with Living a GlutenFree Lifestyle and struggling for years with allergy issues.  When my son Austin was diagnosed with numerous allergies, ADHD and gluten intolerance, I made it my mission to find a way to create all his favorite foods and make them still taste good.  It was quite a challenge at first, but through much research and hours in the kitchen I succeeded at my mission.  Due to my challenges with food restrictions and finding my way, I wanted to use my experience to help others in similar situations.  My hope is to assist You and others you know in creating a easier way to transition into a Better Tasting and Healthy Glutenfree Lifestyle.

ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Jeanine is a Wife, Mother and Chef.  She has always had a love of baking since her younger years and grew to love cooking after getting married to her husband Warren in 1994.

Due to many health challenges Chef Jeanine has been living a GlutenFree, Soy Free, Peanut & Nut Free Lifestyle for the past two years. 

One of her three children has been living a Gluten & Soy Free Lifestyle as well.  As a mother she has seen a significant difference in her son's behavior since implementing this New Lifestyle without Gluten.  He no longer can be classified with ADHD since the new diet.

She has attended Gluten Free Baking Courses at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.

She is ServSafe Certified in Food Safety Management.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing & an Associates Degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania.
