This Consultation will provide you with all the Informational Materials you will need to begin to understand the Glutenfree Way of Life.   Each client will meet with Chef Jeanine for an Hour and she will provide you will techniques and guidelines to all your cooking, shopping and dining out needs.  In addition to that she will give you all the necessary information about products, store locations, books and websites that can assist you in living your Glutenfree Lifestyle with ease.   

FEE:  $50 plus tax

This Consultation will provide you will The Basics plus a Beginner Cooking Class of your choice.  Each client will meet and discuss your food choices with Chef Jeanine and together you will design your Cooking Class.  This a perfect choice for someone that has already been living glutenfree and just wants to add a little help and variety to their meals.

FEE:  $100 plus tax

This Consultation offers you The Basics plus Chef Jeanine will conduct a Kitchen Evaluation and Shopping Techniques that will show you what you need to stay away from and how to cook and prepare your glutenfree meals in a safe and uncontaminated environment.  You and Chef Jeanine will spend an hour going through your entire kitchen so that you can be sure that all your meals are free of gluten.  She will teach you everything from safe ingredients, pots and pans, utensils to sanitizing your kitchen before and after cooking.  When you are done with all that you will spend an hour going to your local supermarket to see how to shop for your specific needs and much more.

FEE: $150 plus tax

This Consultation will provide you with all you need to get started in your Glutenfree Lifestyle.  On your first day you will meet with Chef Jeanine and she will offer you all the services in our Comprehensive Consultation.  At the end of your first day you and Chef Jeanine will design a menu that will include a Breakfast item, a healthy Main Course Meal and a dessert that you will learn to cook at your second day cooking class.  This cooking class will be approximately three hours long.  Chef Jeanine will come to your home with all the groceries needed to teach how to cook these mouth watering glutenfree delights and when you are done you will be provided with the recipes of each of the items you cooked together.
